We have four newly refurbished bedrooms in our courtyard area on ground level with ample parking and just one minutes walk away from the main building.

All rooms offer en-suite as standard, tea & coffee facilities & FREE WIFI.

Plastic Free

We are doing our small part for the planet by reducing our consumption of plastic by ditching the nasty disposable bottles for a more eco friendly alternative. Each bathroom is now stocked with complimentary toiletries from Friendly Soap and our bath salts are stored in refillable glass bottles. Friendly Soap is free of palm oil, parabens, sulphates, triclosan or phthalates and their plastic-free boxes are fully recyclable. After a restful night you can indulge yourself with a breakfast from our kitchen. We have a variety of choices including eggs benedict, eggs & soldiers and of course, a traditional full English breakfast, all freshly cooked to order.

Check in is available from 3pm.

Reservations are pre-paid the morning of your stay.

Check out time is 11am.

All room charges will be paid the night before check out.

Cancellation Policy
6 months or before = no cancellation fee
6 months - 30 days = 25% of the room fee 30 days to 7 days = 50% of the room fee
7 days or less = 100% of the room fee
Payment Policy
Payment will be taken in full on departure.
No deposit will be taken off card details supplied however this card may be used to pay your room cancellation fee if applicable (if no other payment has been arranged).
We cannot accept Maestro or Solo as guarantees against your room.
We do not accept American Express here at the Wheatsheaf.
Children
Toddlers under 3 years old using your own cots are free to stay.
Z beds are available on request for children aged 3-12 years old at an extra cost of £20. There is room for one Z bed in some of the rooms whereas some of the rooms are unable to accommodate an extra person due to fixed furnishings.
Arrival & Departures
Checkout is available from 8am until 11am. Early checkout is available through prior arrangement. Midday checkout available at an extra cost of £10 and through prior arrangement.
Loss Or Damage
Under the unfortunate circumstances that damage has been accidentally or deliberately done in the bedroom then the Wheatsheaf will review each case individually, with the guest being held responsible financially for such replacement or repair. Keyrings and keys will be charged at £30 for loss or damage.
Parking
The Wheatsheaf has an abundance of parking spaces, however, cars and belongings are left at your own risk. The Wheatsheaf doesn't accept responsibility for loss or damage whilst vehicles are left on the property.
